諾博士是中國(guó)人（也有證據(jù)說(shuō)他是中德混血），魔鬼黨的3號(hào)人物，他裝有一雙令人生畏機(jī)械假肢，他的手下開有著龍涂裝的噴火裝甲車，諾博士在拉美地區(qū)買下了一個(gè)叫蟹礁的島，在島上從事某種神秘活動(dòng)。擁有破壞世界的野心計(jì)劃，他藏身在龐大而秘密的科研基地中，他舉止優(yōu)雅，衣著考究，紳士風(fēng)范不亞于邦德。諾博士俘虜了邦德之后，一直想策反這個(gè)對(duì)手，結(jié)果給了007反擊的機(jī)會(huì)，最后他被007打得掉進(jìn)重水反應(yīng)堆里，因機(jī)械手抓不住護(hù)欄，被淹死，算是挺不給力的死法。不過(guò)原著小說(shuō)里，諾博士是被鳥糞堆活埋，死得更加沒有尊嚴(yán)。
